Admin Assistant / Project Coordinator
Brea, CA Temporary $24.00 - $26.00/hr Onsite

Job Description

Required qualifications for the candidate: order entry
1-3 years of experience in order processing, project coordination, operations support, or administrative roles.

Experience working with high-volume transactional workflows such as order entry, purchase orders, invoicing, or logistics coordination.

Ability to process orders accurately while managing multiple requests and deadlines

Attention to Detail & Accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general office software.

Experience working with ERP systems, order management systems, or project tracking tools.

There are two openings - one is temp to hire and the other is 6 month contract covering a LOA.


Shift hours: Mon - Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm

  • At least 55 WPM typing speed
  • Prefers fast paced environment
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Longevity at previous companies at least 2 years
  • No work gaps larger than 2 months
  • Experience in Order Entry or Data Entry
  • Sage experience a plus
  • Leaning more towards having a solid job/ expectation when coming to work rather than growth/movement in a company.
  • Lives nearby in Brea, Fullerton, La Habra, Whitter, Yorba Linda area a plus.





Position Summary:
Administrative assistant/PC IIwill perform clerical and administrative duties, resolve information
requests, oversee routine processes while collaborating closely with administrators and other
employees to organize files, create correspondence and prepare reports and documents.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist in various projects and assignments
* Support the department in administrative functions
* Oversee assigned processes and tasks
* Implement office operations and procedures
* Manage relationships with office supply vendors
* Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
* Review and approve office supply orders
* Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
* Work with operations team to address building maintenance matters
* Other duties assigned by the manager
Critical Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong general office skills
* Computer literate with ability to effectively use Microsoft Office tools
* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, ability to work with different personalities
* Answer policy and procedure questions
* Ability to make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to oversee specific
tasks.
* Communicate and collaborate with other administrators, support personnel,
management, and outside departments on a regular basis.
* Reliable, punctual and detail orientated with excellent organizational skills
* Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
